1. General

All sales are final unless otherwise stated in our Return Policy below. We carefully describe and photograph all items to accurately represent their condition. It is the responsibility of the buyer to review all product images and descriptions before completing a purchase.

2. Product-Specific Policy: Lego Pieces & Sets

Due to the unique nature of pre-owned and collectible Lego items, we maintain a strict policy to ensure fairness for all parties.

  • All Sales Are Final: We do not accept returns or offer refunds for Lego pieces or sets based on buyer’s remorse, a change of mind, or because the item did not meet unspecified expectations.
  • Condition Description: We commit to accurately describing the condition of all items, including noting any cracks, scratches, discoloration, teeth marks, or missing parts. Our photographs are considered an integral part of the item’s description.
  • Display Pieces: Items may be photographed attached to neutral-colored bricks (e.g., white, grey) for display and lighting purposes. These display baseplates or bricks are not included in the sale unless explicitly stated in the product description.
  • Parts Testing: We test Technic pins, axles, and clutch power of bricks for functionality whenever possible.

3. Damaged or Incorrect Items

We take great care in packaging your orders. However, in the rare event that an item arrives damaged due to shipping or you receive an incorrect item due to an error on our part, you must contact us within 48 hours of receiving your package.

To be eligible for a resolution, you must provide:

  • Your order number.
  • Clear photographs of the shipping box (if damaged) and the damaged or incorrect item(s).
  • A detailed description of the issue.

Upon verification of the issue, we will, at our discretion, either:

  • Provide a partial or full refund.
  • Ship a correct replacement item if available.

4. Limitation of Liability

PeterClarence.com shall not be held liable for any incidental or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our products. Our maximum liability shall never exceed the total purchase price of the item in question.

5. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state in which PeterClarence.com operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
